Hey everyone! I hope you’re doing well. It has been kind of a crazy week for us here in Oaxaca and I guess it just goes like that sometimes.
*Moving Houses* That’s right, on Thursday the materials secretaries went house hunting for us and Friday afternoon we got a call that they had found one, and that Monday morning they’d be coming to help us move. It has been quite the process. We been packing and cleaning since they told us and it has been exhausting. But finally we’re out of the tiny town Emiliano Zapata and now living in the much bigger and much closer Zimatlán. It’ll be a change, but it’ll be a good one.
*Meetings Week* On top of moving, this week has been insane with the numer of meetings and trainings we’ve had. Here was all of them:
Tuesday: Mission Devotional Wednesday: Interviews with President Martinez Thursday: Mission Devotional on Finding Friday: District Training/Meeting With Stake President Saturday: English Class Teacher Training
Sooooo, yeah, we’ve been pretty busy. And trying to balance that all with normal Mission work has been quite the challenge this week. But the meetings have been good and I’ve sure learned a lot in this week and am just ready do start fresh. It honestly feels strange that we are moving but still in the same area. I know that the Lord has set it all up and the people here in Zimatlán will be even more ready to receive the Gospel.
Pictures! -It was hermano Irad’s birthday and we got invited to eat at hia party -Some cool pictures of nature, Oaxaca is sooo pretty -Elder Bird and me -This spider we found -The -former- landlady’s dog, Princess. She’s just like my little dog Gizmo back home jaja -The truck all packed up with our entire house
Take care everyone! Have a great week! -Elder Ord
